Terms of Service
Last revised July 16, 2026
Thank you for using Drea. Your access to or use of our software and platform creates a binding agreement between you and AI horizon Limited (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”) under these Terms. To protect the security and integrity of our services, we may limit access where appropriate.
Section 01Software License
This license does not permit you to:
Section 02Responsible Use and Service Stability
Network and capacity management
Drea is designed for ordinary personal use. Availability and performance can vary when traffic is unusually high or network conditions are extreme, and such variations are not considered a service failure. We may restrict, throttle, or terminate an account whose excessive use threatens the stability or health of our infrastructure.
Rules of conduct
You may not harm our systems, interfere with other users, or use the service for prohibited activities, including:
- Operating a commercial service bureau or distributing content in bulk through the platform;
- Trying to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or private networks;
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or any other disruptive code;
- Submitting material that is harmful, defamatory, or unlawful under applicable privacy rules; or
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages in bulk.
Section 03Subscriptions, Pricing, and Termination
We may suspend your Drea account immediately and without advance notice or liability if you breach these Terms. We may also discontinue the service at our discretion.
Fees for premium features are shown during checkout. If required payments are not completed, access to paid features may be removed. We may change our prices by giving 30 days’ notice. Continuing to use Drea after the new price takes effect means you accept that updated price.
Section 04Refunds and Digital-Balance Adjustments
Apple handles payments and refund requests for transactions made through the App Store. Apple decides, under its own rules, whether a refund is approved, denied, or granted only in part.
When Apple asks for supporting details, Drea may provide transaction information showing whether a subscription, credit allocation, or other digital access was delivered and how much of it was used. That information may include delivery status, amounts consumed and remaining, product identifiers, and order-related account activity.
What happens after a refund is approved
- The subscription term, credits, or digital access connected with the refunded purchase may be withdrawn or disabled.
- Credits or other benefits already used may be deducted from the balance then available in your Drea account.
- If the account balance is insufficient to cover the refunded value, the account may show a negative balance or certain paid functions may remain inaccessible.
- Apple’s restore-purchase feature does not create a duplicate grant of benefits that were already delivered.
- Suspected refund abuse, contradictory claims about usage, or efforts to keep benefits after reimbursement may result in account review or suspension.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Section 05Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
Service disclaimer: DREA IS SUPPLIED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACCEPT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH INTERRUPTIONS, TECHNICAL FAULTS, AND POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO MONITORING VULNERABILITIES.
Liability cap: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI HORIZON LIMITED WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY DISPUTE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100.00 OR THE FEES YOU PAID DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Section 06General Legal Terms
Events outside our control: We are not liable for an inability to provide the service caused by third-party outages, equipment failures, force majeure events, or other “Acts of God.”
Transfers of the business: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor or another entity without notifying you.
Severability: If a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in effect.
