Section 01Technical and Usage Information

To operate Drea reliably, diagnose issues, and improve performance, we automatically record certain technical and activity information during use, including:

• Device and hardware details, together with unique device identifiers (UIDs);
• Your operating system and its version;
• Network information, including IP address and browser configuration; and
• In-app interactions, analytics, and how often features are used.

Section 02Facial and Biometric Processing

2.1 How facial landmarks are used

When you select a creative visual effect, Drea analyzes an uploaded image to locate facial landmark coordinates, such as the position of the eyes, nose, and mouth. These coordinates are used only to align and apply your chosen effect accurately.

2.2 Transfer, processing, and deletion

• Secure transmission: Media you choose to submit is sent to our processing systems using industry-standard encrypted transport.
• Task processing: Our systems analyze the media, produce the requested synthetic output, and return the result to your device.
• Deletion of source media: Original media submitted for facial landmark analysis is permanently removed from the processing environment as soon as the task is completed.
• Temporary output storage: Generated results remain in encrypted temporary storage for no more than 24 hours and are then deleted.

Section 03Information You Submit

We collect information that you provide during installation or registration. Registration is optional, although an account may be required to access certain premium features.

Section 04Approximate Location

Drea does not track or store your precise, real-time GPS location. We may derive an approximate region from available technical information to improve regional performance and support strategic analytics.

Section 05Retention and Your Choices

Information supplied by you is retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Automated technical logs may be kept for up to 24 months before they are deleted or scrubbed.

Section 06Children’s Privacy

Drea is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Section 07Information Security

We use administrative and electronic safeguards intended to protect your information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service partners who require it for legitimate operational purposes.

Section 08App Store Refund Verification

If you request an Apple refund for a Drea in-app purchase, Apple may ask us to confirm how the related digital product or service was delivered. For that limited review, we may share purchase-related operational records with Apple, including:

• Whether the relevant subscription, credits, or other digital entitlement was delivered;
• How much of that entitlement was used, redeemed, or remained unused;
• Purchase and product identifiers needed to match the transaction under review;
• Relevant account status and earlier refund activity, when needed to prevent fraud; and
• Our determination of whether the purchase was unused, partly used, or substantially consumed.

We use these records only to reconcile transactions, support refund verification, comply with marketplace requirements, and deter abusive or fraudulent claims. Apple alone decides whether a refund is granted.

Acknowledgment: By accepting this Policy and completing an Apple in-app purchase, you understand that the limited information described above may be provided to Apple if the purchase is later reviewed for a refund.

Section 09Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you continue to use Drea after a revision takes effect, that continued use constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
